How we handle personal data on this website and in the Mukeem hotel management system.
What we collect on this website
When you request a demo we collect your name, your hotel’s name, your phone number and, if you give them, your email, city, number of rooms and message. We use them only to contact you about Mukeem.
Data in the hotel management system
Hotels that use Mukeem enter their guests’ data. The hotel decides what is collected and why; we process it on the hotel’s behalf, keep each hotel’s data separate, and do not use it for anything else.
Keeping it safe
Connections are encrypted, access is limited by role, changes are logged and the data is backed up daily.
